I've noticed that a lot of Toronto commuters have been crossing their fingers lately - might be due to the cold weather. This is part of the 1000strangers project.

On August 16, 2001, I started a personal illustration project entitled 1000strangers. The goal was to illustrate a different stranger every day. Each study was sketched out with a black ball point pen and white gel pen on brown recycled paper. I hope to complete 1000 sketches one day.
